If you have made an order before with us, then we have stored your billing information from your previous order. Order status information is not available online through our site at this time, however You can track pakages through www.UPS.com and www.USPS.com with the tracking number we provide you.
U.S. orders are shipped either FedEx Ground, FedEx 2nd Day or U.S. Postal Service Priority (recommended). Shipping charges are based on the weight and size of your items.
Yes, we do ship internationally based on the customer's ability to provide bikeparts.com with adequate information to help prevent overseas fraud. We require all International orders to be paid by PayPal. International orders can be placed directly on our website. After you place your International order you will be sent a PayPal request for payment.
When you view a specific item, if it is out of stock, you will not be able to place the item in your shopping cart. If the item is out of stock, you will have the option on the specific item page to be emailed when the item is back in stock.

To Price Match an item when you are ordering via the Web, simply email us the item, the price and where you saw this price (with the link to product on the competitor's website). It must be a Nationally advertised price from a reputable company. The item on the competitor's website must be in stock and offer a shipping window of less than 48 hours. We do not price match any items from auction websites such as eBay. If you are matching a price from a catalog or magazine, please include the issue.

To return an item, simply send the item back to us, either insured US mail, UPS or FedEx (Note: We do not accept C.O.D.'s). Enclose a copy of your order form and write a note as to why you are returning the item.
