BikeParts.com, Inc. Affiliate Account Agreement

The user, acting as an authorized representative of your company, hereafter referred to as "The Company", agrees to enter into an affiliate relationship with BikeParts.com Inc., dba BikeParts.com. The affiliate relationship consists of "The Company" using appropriate methods of its own choosing, to promote products and services provided by BikeParts.com. These methods may include, but are not limited to:

• Distribution of trackable, BikeParts.com collateral material, provided by BikeParts.com
• Placement(s) and link(s), using a unique, trackable URL address, provided by BikeParts.com to allow tracking of orders generated by the link.
• Placements in electronic and/or traditional marketing campaigns
• Press release announcements or other PR efforts

"The Company" – Has no obligation to use specific methods or channels, but will, in good faith, attempt to distribute information about BikeParts.com and its products and services to its customers through appropriate and agreed upon methods. Interested customers will be referred to the BikeParts.com Web site for orders.

Will allow BikeParts.com to use "The Company’s" name and/or logo in promotional and advertising materials, subject to written approval.

Agrees that the use of BikeParts.com products and services is governed by the BikeParts.com Terms of Use Agreement. BikeParts.com – Will pay "The Company" a 5% commission per order. Referrals must be booked in an affiliate account, tracked from "The Company’s" unique URL address link, or the orders party must indicate a source linked to "The Company’s" account. Commission statements will be mailed on the 30th after the close of each quarter.
